As a child I often felt like a stranger in a strange land. All the “isms,” war, murders and social programing was deeply disturbing to me. As a natural empath, I began taking on others negativity (not knowing any better), in an effort to ease their suffering. Somehow I always looked for silver linings and blissful solutions, yet by the time I was in my late teens I noticed I’d lost a lot of my sparkle and my friends had too. Wondering exactly what happened and how to change it has been a guiding force. Everything is energy and when the correct frequencies align a breakthrough occurs.

This awareness prompted a life long journey of empowering education from top teachers and experts, to direct knowing from source energy, Christ, plants, nature and my own soul. I’m a life long student, always happy to learn and grow.

I’ve been in practice as a therapist for over 33 years facilitating the healing and awakening of the soul, mind and body. I’ve overcome debilitating Lyme disease and many other issues. I’ve been at death’s door and have risen from the ashes…..

Basically, every time a new crisis occurred be it a health condition, personal blockage or other issue, I’d turn over ever stone until a return to balance occurred. This good habit has given me a very vast toolbox to draw from.
